Respect

There were two decks of cards.
One talked like this:
‘Respect is giving others space to play their cards.’
The other talked like that:
‘Self-respect is giving yourself the space
To play the cards that are yours to play.’
‘Who can have one without the other
Aren’t cards are printed on both sides?’
‘True, a single piece out of place
Spoils the jigsaw.’
‘Moving out of turn would be impossible
In God’s world.’
