What is Love?

Disturbing stillness

Sitting by a pool
It is best to remain tranquil
Leave the surface quiet
On the other hand
Doing nothing achieves nothing!
This is the dilemma:
To write this poem
Or not to write this poem
If I write this poem
I cannot help making ripples
But if I say nothing
I am nothing!
Therefore I shall go quietly
As quietly as I possibly can
While other splash in the shallows
Delighted with their noise
No-one understands
This poem is us then
Wading gently out
Into the water.
